This past Sunday The Beau and I enjoyed hours (and I mean hours) of gardening. With my energy level creeping back up, it was the perfect time to get outdoors, catch a few rays, and engage in some heavy-duty gardening. I was finally able to finish my vegetable garden, planting a few rows of carrots, mesclun greens, pumpkins and tomatoes–to name a few! This also inspired me to starting thinking about our gardening shed and some amazing ideas I might like to pursue. I couldn’t resist sharing these with you in my new series, Curated Corners. I hope you enjoy my first post on some favorite gardening shed ideas–perfect for this gorgeous spring weather!
I just love the retro red and yellow-theme–it would match my kitchen perfectly! This is such a cheery idea to really brighten up any garden shed. The pegboard walls offer an excellent way to organize all your gardening tools.
Both these sheds above do a great job of truly maximizing space using a combination of hanging wire cubbies and clamps for shovels and rakes. When it comes to the garden shed, it’s not so much about organizing clutter as it is maximizing space.
Various organizing elements you would use around the home are perfect for the shed too, especially the peg organizer (4) you might use in your mudroom for coats! One of my favorite ideas (5) uses ribbon to maintain which seeds to plant when. Such a perfect way to stay organized an on time with your plantings. Gardening sheds are the best place to make use of old and retired supplies or products such as these (6) wood crates and pallets (7).
