In the Fall of 2013, an electrical fire destroyed several rooms of a local Charlotte home. Mercifully, none of the family members were injured. The Design-Build team of Guthmann Construction worked tirelessly to rebuild the rooms that were lost and damaged in the fire.
Architect Tony L. Gray, AIA of Graydesign Archictecture changed several features to the interior and exterior of the home. Photos of the updated kitchen and enlarged master bathroom have been shared previously on this blog. The homeowners have granted their permission to share these photos of the exterior renovations:
Note: the home previously had a gable roof with two dormers. The renovated roof line has two gables.
Note: the garage doors were updated and the window locations in the Upper Level Bonus Room were changed.
